No-cook recipe.  Just add 250ml of water and 25g of solid vegetable oil and mix well. 1 packet can make about 17 50g ice mooncakes.  It is very easy to handle and the finished product is very clean & clear. The color is snow white. A packet of 200g powder can make 525g ice mooncake crust.  More cost-effective than the other similar product.
