Dissolve 1 teaspoon (about 1.1g) into 500ml hot water.  It will make you feel full after drinking.  You can drink it as water, it is a zero-fat beverage.  You can mix it with jujube tea, juice or dessert.   Tastes are more delicious after stirring. Thickness can be adjusted. This is a plant-based food which is suitable for vegetarians
